Cancellation Policy

Client Cancellations

Before Instructor Acceptance

If you cancel before the instructor accepts, the card authorization is released immediately. No charge.

More than 24 hours before the session

Full refund. The captured payment is refunded in full. Processing time: 5–10 business days.

12–24 hours before the session

50% refund. The instructor receives 50% as compensation for the short notice.

Less than 12 hours before the session

No refund. The instructor receives their full earnings.

Instructor Cancellations

Instructors are expected to honor confirmed bookings. If an instructor cancels:

• Any time: The client receives a full refund.
• Repeat cancellations may result in suspension from the platform.

No-Shows

• Client no-show: No refund. Instructor receives full payment.
• Instructor no-show: Client receives a full refund. Instructor receives no payment.

Requesting a Refund

Refunds are processed through Stripe and appear on your statement within 5–10 business days. To request a refund, contact support with your booking ID.
