Select your service, date, time, and format (online or in-person). Add any notes for the instructor. Your card is authorized — but not charged yet.
The instructor has 24 hours to accept, decline, or propose a new time. Payment is only captured when they accept. If declined, your card is never charged.
Attend your session online (via Zoom) or in-person. Afterward, leave an honest review to help other families.

Brain Boost uses Stripe for all payments. When a client requests a booking, their card is authorized (a hold is placed) but not charged. The payment is only captured when you accept. If you decline, the authorization disappears — the client's card is never charged.
Payouts go directly to your bank account via Stripe Connect Express. We never hold your money longer than necessary.
