By creating an account or using Brain Boost, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the platform.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Instructors must be approved before accepting bookings. By creating an instructor profile, you represent that all information provided — including credentials and experience — is accurate. Brain Boost reserves the right to remove any instructor who provides false information or violates our community standards.
All payments are processed through Stripe. Brain Boost retains a platform fee from each transaction. The exact fee is displayed before any booking is submitted. See our Booking Policy and Cancellation Policy for full details.
Brain Boost is a marketplace platform. We are not responsible for the quality of instruction provided or any disputes between clients and instructors, beyond the policies stated in this agreement.
These terms are governed by the laws of Puerto Rico, United States.
